Common issues and solutions when using Khensu Fun.

Connection Issues

Wallet Won't Connect

Symptoms: Clicking "Connect Wallet" does nothing or shows an error.

Solutions:

  1. Ensure your wallet extension is installed and unlocked

  2. Refresh the page and try again

  3. Clear browser cache and cookies

  4. Try a different browser

  5. Check if your wallet supports Hathor Network

Connection Keeps Dropping

Symptoms: Wallet disconnects frequently.

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Update your wallet to the latest version

  3. Disable conflicting browser extensions

  4. Try connecting on a different device


Trading Issues

Transaction Failed

Symptoms: Trade doesn't execute, error message appears.

Solutions:

  1. Insufficient balance: Check you have enough HTR

  2. Slippage too low: Increase slippage tolerance

  3. Token graduated: Token may have migrated to Dozer during your transaction

  4. Network issues: Wait and try again

High Price Impact Warning

Symptoms: Warning about significant price movement.

Explanation: Your trade is large relative to the pool size.

Solutions:

  1. Reduce trade size

  2. Split into multiple smaller trades

  3. Accept the impact if you understand the cost

Expected Output Differs from Minimum Output

Symptoms: Once I click to Buy/Sell, the amount I will receive is less than initially quoted.

Explanation: Price can move between quote and execution. For that reason, there is a slippage tolerance that can be adjusted. If your transaction outputs less than the minimum tolerance, it will fail.

Solutions:

  1. Adjust slippage tolerance appropriately

  2. Check for internal balance refunds in your profile


Balance Issues

Missing HTR or Tokens After Trade

Symptoms: "Where is my change?"

Explanation: Leftover HTR or tokens from slippage protection is in your internal contract balance.

Solution:

  1. Go to your Profile

  2. Check Contract Balance tab

  3. Click Withdraw

Tokens Not in Wallet

Symptoms: Purchased tokens don't appear in wallet.

Explanation: You can register a token to your wallet once you make a purchase. If you denied the registration, you can register it manually later.

Solution: Click on the "Add to Wallet" button on the token page.

Contract Balance Won't Withdraw

Symptoms: Withdrawal fails or nothing happens.

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you're connected with the correct wallet

  2. Check for pending transactions

  3. If your withdrawal is pending, wait for it to be confirmed

  4. Try refreshing and withdrawing again


Token Creation Issues

Creation Transaction Failed

Symptoms: Token wasn't created despite confirming transaction.

Solutions:

  1. Check your connection

  2. Verify all form fields meet requirements:

    • Name: 1-30 characters

    • Symbol: 1-5 uppercase characters

    • Description: Max 500 characters

    • Image: Required (check max size)

  3. Check social links are valid URLs

  4. If the issue persists, try again later

Image Won't Upload

Symptoms: Token image fails to upload.

Solutions:

  1. Check file size and format

  2. Try a different image

  3. Check internet connection

  4. Try a different browser

  5. If the issue persists, try again later


Display Issues

Page Not Loading

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page

  2. Check internet connection

  3. Clear browser cache

  4. Try incognito/private mode

Data Not Updating

Symptoms: Prices or balances seem stale.

Solutions:

  1. Refresh the page

  2. Wait for blockchain confirmation

  3. Clear cache and reload

Mobile Display Problems

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you're using a supported browser

  2. Try landscape orientation for complex pages

  3. Request desktop site if needed


Graduation Questions

Can't Trade a Token

Symptoms: Buy/Sell buttons don't work.

Explanation: The token may have graduated to Dozer Finance.

Solution: Refresh the page and click to trade on Dozer Finance instead.

Token Graduated Mid-Trade

Symptoms: Transaction failed during graduation.

Explanation: Token reached ~$69,000 market cap and migrated.

Solution: Your funds should be returned. Check your wallet or contract balance.
